The Indian Ocean Memorandum of Understanding Secretariat is based at Goa in India. The Secretariat is governed by and accountable to the Committee of the IOMOU on Port State Control. It services the Committee meetings and assists the Committee in its activities.The IOMOU Secretariat is headed by the Secretary, Mr. Bimalesh Ganguli.
